Documentation with rich text

1. Right click on Create Article task and select Open Specification from the pop-up menu
2. Type, bold, italicise and select red as font color in textual description under Documentation in Task Specification dialog box
3. Insert a table and enter data inside the table under the textual description
4. Type more information and finally click OK
5. Unfold Documentation pane to view the previous editing

Documentation template

1. Right click on Create Article task and select Open Specification from the pop-up menu
2. Select Saved Template > Save as template from the pop-up menu
3. Enter "Generic task template" in Input dialog box and click OK
4. Right click on Edit Article task and select Open Specification from the pop-up menu
5. Select Saved Template > Generic task template from the pop-up menu
6. Modify some information in Task Specification dialog box
