Automatic diagram layouts

  1. Right click on the diagram background and select Layout> Auto Layout from the pop-up menu
  2. Press Diagram Overview tab to view the whole diagram
  3. Move the purple rectangle for viewing a particular part of diagram

Aligning shapes

  1. Select all use cases on the diagram with the mouse
  2. Click the reversed triangle of Align Top when it is revealed
  3. Select Align Horizontal Center from the drop-down menu

Automatic shape distribution

  1. Select start event, Create Article task, Edit Article task and Save task with the mouse
  2. Click the reversed triangle of Distribute Horizontally when it is revealed
  3. Select Distribute Horizontally from the drop-down menu
