Ad hoc report creation with report writer

  1. Select Tools > Report > Report Writer... from the main menu
  2. Select Pea in Templates dialog box
  3. Enter company name, report name, report type and issue no.
  4. Click OK in Templates dialog box
  5. Unfold Class Diagram and select Domain Model in Diagram Navigator
  6. Drag Class Diagram on the diagram pane
  7. Unfold Domain Model and select Book in Diagram Navigator
  8. Drag Basic Information on the diagram pane

Refershing the report content

  1. Select the whole diagram with the mouse
  2. Select a color from Fill in Property pane
  3. Move the mouse on Book class, press its resource icon Association -> Class and drag it to the desired place
  4. Name the newly created class as Recommendation
  5. Rename the Book class as Publication
  6. Click Update from Model Element button in report writer

Exporting report to Microsoft word format

  1. Select Report > Export Report... from the main menu
  2. Select a file type, enter file name and click Save in Save dialog box
  3. Double click the newly created file to open it
