Identify pool, lanes and tasks with textual analysis

1. Type document in Requirement Specification
2. Highlight "ABC Company" and right click on it to select Add text as Pool
3. Highlight "Sales Department" and right click on it to select Add text as Lane
4. Highlight "Delivery Department" and right click on it to select Add text as Lane
5. Right click on the right screen and select Tile Layout
6. Highlight "process the order" and right click on it to select Add text as Task
7. Highlight "deliver the goods" and right click on it to select Add text as Task

Creating business process diagram with identified tasks

1. Right click on Business Process Diagram from Diagram Navigator and select New Business Process Diagram
2. Click Customer from Model Explorer and drag it the diagram pane
3. Click ABC Company and drag it on the pane as well
4. Select both Delivery Department and Sales Department and drag them in ABC Company lane respectively
5. Click Start Event on the diagram toolbar and drag it to the customer lane
6. Click Issue Order from Model Explorer and drag it on customer lane behind start event
7. Point on start event, select "Sequence/Message Flow -> Task" resource and drag it to issue order task
8. Click Process Order from Model Explorer and drag it on Sales Department lane
9. Point on issue order task and select "Sequence/Message Flow -> Task" resource and drag it to process order task

Identify elements from glossary

1. Right click on general number row and select Create Pool
2. Press Online TV Station and click New Model button
3. Type "As-is Process" as its name in the pop-up Model Specification dialog box and click OK to confirm
4. Re-name its name as "General Member" and click OK to confirm
5. Re-name its diagram name as "Upgrade Membership" and press Create
