Customizable report template

  1. Select Tools > Report > Generate PDF Report... from the main menu
  2. In Generate PDF dialog box, select from the drop-down menu of Template
  3. Enter Simple data report in Name field
  4. Click Add Diagram Loop button and select Entity Relationship Diagram
  5. In Diagram Loop (Entity Relationship Diagram), click Add Diagram Image and Add Custom Content
  6. Enter documentation on the right hand side
  7. Highlight documentation and then select Bold button and Italic button
    8. In Diagram Loop (Entity Relationship Diagram), click Add Element Loop and select Entity
  8. Click Add Property Value and select Class Model
  9. Click Preview Template Content
  10. Under template preview pane, select items for previewing
  11. Click Save button
  12. Click Close button in Report Template dialog box
  13. Enter output path and click Generate button in Generate PDF dialog box

Report with element summary

  1. In Report Template dialog box, enter Data dictionary in Name field
  2. Click Add Element Loop and select Entity Relationship Diagram
  3. Click Add Element Loop and select Entity
  4. Right click on Element Loop (Entity Relationship diagram) and select Change to Summary Table from the pop-up menu
  5. Click Add Property Column and select Name
  6. Click Add Property Column Below and select Documentation
  7. Click Preview Template Content button
