Drawing ArchiMate diagram

  1. Select Requirement > ArchiMate Diagram from the toolbar
  2. Create a business actor through diagram toolbar and name it as Client
  3. Press and drag Client's resource icon Assignment -> Business Role to create a business role and name it as Insurant
  4. Create Application Service through diagram toolbar and name it as Insurance Application Service
  5. Connect Insurance Application Service with Register through resource icon Used By -> Application Function
  6. Create Infrastructure Service through diagram toolbar and name it as Claim Files Service
  7. Connect Claim Files Service with CRC System through resource icon Used By -> Node
  8. Click Grouping from the diagram toolbar and drag diagonally with the mouse on the diagram
  9. Name it as External Roles and Actors
